No returns on special order, electrical, used items or custom manufactured parts. Shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.   Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging with proof of purchase. A 25% Restocking Fee will apply.

All products paid through PayPal are subject to a non-refundable PayPal Processing fee in the event of your request to cancel or modify an order.

This is the fee PayPal charges when an item(s) is purchased using their module and the user has opted to cancel/modify/change the order. This is NOT an SJM Enteprise, INC imposed fee but one that PayPal imposes.
