2008-2009 Line Lock Kit

This exclusive kit using our SJM Line Lock is designed for a direct bolt-on.

    Each kit includes:

    - Pre-formed lines

    - Rebuildable SJM solenoid

    - Micro Toggle Master Switch

    - SJM illuminated logo momentary push button

    - ABS compatible

    - Installation wire

    - Fuse with holder

    - Electrical connectors

    - Complete Instructions including pictorials and schematics.

    How it Works:
    So you're ready to perform a "burn out"...
    1. Flip the micro-toggle master switch. The SJM logo LED illuminates brilliantly providing feedback visually that your system is armed.  The circuit is now live and ready to use via the SJM logo LED control switch. 
    2. Depress your brake pedal, push the SJM logo LED control switch. 
    3. While holding the SJM logo LED control switch, release your brake pedal. Your front brakes will stay locked while rear brake pressure returns to atmospheric pressure for those easy controlled burnouts. 
    4. For safety, when you have no plans to use your line lock system, flip the master switch off to prevent accidental deployment of line lock circuitry. The SJM logo LED control switch will extinguish providing feedback visually that your system is disarmed

 Our exclusve SJM line lock is made in the USA and rebuildable. It is rated for brake pressures up to 3000psi. Our solenoid utilizes high-flow ports retaining normal braking control while the solenoid is not energized.

Wilwood Brake Proportioning Valve

Wilwood brake proportioning valves are adjustable between 100 and 1,000 psi with a twist of a knob. Brake pressure can be reduced up to 57 percent. Adjust brake bias to compensate for changing track conditions, or for big and little tire combinations. Valves machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

When your vehicle's brake system is opened, air is introduced into your brake system. Air infiltration leads to poor brake performance. We recommend our see-through tubing to aid in removal of air bubble intrusion. Slip tubing over bleeder valve. During bleeding procedure, you can quickly view you have removed all air bubbles from your brake system.
