SJM Enterprise, Inc sells high performance aftermarket automotive parts and accessories. Warranty of ANY products sold by SJM Enterprise refers to original manufacture warranty ONLY. No warranty is provided or implied by SJM Enterprise for any such use of products or damages caused by their use or abuse. SJM Enterprise cannot guarantee against the violation of any state emission or pollution laws using any of its products, nor does it imply any adherence to such test results or regulations. All products sold by SJM Enterprise are intended for off-road use ONLY. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to buyers installation or use of products or injury to any third parties purchased from SJM Enterprise. Dealers have been known to void factory warranties due to installation of performance/aftermarket products. SJM Enterprise assumes no responsibility, and therefore, all parts are to be installed at purchasers own risk. Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services manufactured, installed and/or sold by SJM Enterprise are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and/or used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold, installed or manufactured by SJM Enterprise for a particular application is solely the purchaser’s decision. SJM Enterprise makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This publication could contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. SJM Enterprise may make improvements and/or changes in the technical specifications, products and promotions of said products described in this publication at any time without prior notice THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED OR INSTALLED FROM SJM ENTERPRISE, INC. Returns, Exchanges or Shortages: No returns on special order, electrical, used items or custom manufactured parts. Shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. To obtain a RMA, please call (480) 306-7711.
All returns, errors or shortages must be noted to SJM Enterprise, Inc. within 14 days of receipt of package. Returns must be in original packaging with proof of purchase to qualify for refund. A 25% Restocking Fee will apply.
Bogart rims are NON-REFUNDABLE. Upon receipt, inspect for any defects or damages. DO NOT MOUNT tires if defects or damages are found.
